Digital Product Refund Policy
A1 Resell Signal sells downloadable digital products that are delivered electronically after purchase.
Because customers receive access to digital files immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once digital access has been provided, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
File or access problems
If a purchased file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be accessed, contact us with your order information. We will make a reasonable effort to troubleshoot the issue and provide replacement access to the purchased files when appropriate.
Duplicate purchases or billing errors
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order or there is another billing error, contact us so the transaction can be reviewed.
