What do I receive?
Each A1 Resell Signal digital product is delivered as a ZIP file containing the files listed on that product page. Our current spreadsheet products include an Excel workbook (.xlsx), a Quick Start PDF, and a customer license.
What is the difference between the two reseller products?
A1 Resell Signal Buy / Pass Calculator is the focused sourcing tool. It helps you pressure-test a potential purchase using projected profit, ROI, margin, break-even price, and a recommended maximum buy price.
A1 Resell Signal Decision System includes that pre-purchase decision logic plus inventory, sales, expenses, mileage, sourcing, monthly operating views, stale-inventory alerts, and a broader dashboard.
Is this a subscription?
No. The current A1 Resell Signal spreadsheet products are one-time digital purchases with no recurring subscription fee.
What software is supported?
The current workbooks are designed and tested as Microsoft Excel .xlsx files. Other spreadsheet apps may be able to import parts of the files, but compatibility outside Excel is not guaranteed unless a product page specifically says otherwise.
How do I receive my files?
Digital files are delivered automatically after a successful purchase through Shopify's digital delivery system.
Can I resell or share the files?
No. Your purchase is licensed for your own personal use or within one business you own. Redistribution, resale, sharing, sublicensing, PLR/MRR use, and white-label resale are not permitted.
What if my download is corrupted or I cannot access it?
Contact us with your order information. We will help troubleshoot the download and, when appropriate, provide replacement access to the purchased files.
Can I get a refund?
Because digital files are delivered immediately, purchases are generally final once access has been provided, except where a refund is required by law. Please review our Digital Refund Policy for details.
Do the calculators guarantee that an item will sell?
No. They evaluate the numbers you enter against your selected targets. They do not predict demand or guarantee profit.
Do these products calculate my taxes?
No. Some tools organize records or provide a tax-prep summary, but they do not determine tax liability, deductions, accounting treatment, or what you owe. Consult a qualified professional for tax or accounting advice.
